Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Health Economics
The Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track position starting fall of 2024. The appointment will be at the rank of assistant professor. We seek an economist who can develop and maintain an active research program in health economics that leads to publications in peer-reviewed scholarly outlets and one who can seek extramural funding, where available. The candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate liberal arts education and undertake advising and mentoring duties, in addition to professional contributions and service. The successful candidate is expected to teach health economics to economics majors and students in the Health and Society program, in addition to other courses in the economics department.
