The Department of Economics and Business at Lehman College, City University of New York is seeking applications for a full-time, CCE (Certificate of Continuous Employment) track lecturer position in Economics, beginning Fall 2022.

With over 1,400 undergraduate and graduate majors, the Department of Economics and Business is among the largest departments at Lehman College. It encompasses studies in Economics, Accounting and Business, offering five undergraduate degrees in accounting, business, and economics, and two M.S. degrees in accounting and business. The programs prepare students for careers as economists, accountants, entrepreneurs, and managers of private, public, and not-for-profit organizations. Effective July 1, 2022, the Department which is presently located within the School of Natural and Social Sciences, will be moved to a School of Business. The new school will launch with three new departments—Accounting; Management and Business Innovation; and Economics, Finance, and Information Systems. It will build on current collaborations with industry partners and small businesses in the Bronx to provide more experiential learning programs and opportunities.
