Williams College seeks a Director of Quantitative Skills Programs to lead the design and implementation of studentfacing programs aimed at improving the acquisition of quantitative skills in introductory and core courses in the sciences and social sciences. The work will entail developing training for peer-led group work, peer tutoring programs, partnership with faculty to develop support infrastructure for students with underdeveloped quantitative skills, and developing winter study / summer programming. Master’s degree in a STEM field or science education preferred. Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years experience in post secondary STEM education or post secondary STEM academic support services required, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with demonstrated success in supporting the academic thriving of underrepresented students in STEM.
